Happy Friday, Friends! As usual, I am very happy to see the end of the work-week and even more excited to share this full-body workout with y'all! I put this Tabata-style workout together about two weeks ago when I was just playing around in the gym, but I wanted to share it today since it is such a quick and effective full-body workout and a perfect way to kick-start the weekend!
So here is the workout with step-by-step instructions and a quick video to demonstrate how to perform each exercise!
The workout is very simple and involves 5 dynamic exercises for a full body burn! As always, be sure to warm up for 3-5 minutes before starting the timer and cool down and stretch after you complete the last round!
1 Round:
1. Jump Rope
2. Kettle Bell Swings
3. Smith Bar assisted Chin-ups (push through your heels and use your legs to help!)
4. Barbell Wood Choppers
5. Push-up with Pike / Crunch
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Rest for 1 minute between rounds and repeat for 5-6 rounds.
Check out my demonstration video to see how each exercise is performed!
Now get to it! I know I can't wait until I can get to the gym after Clinical and go through this quick workout before a nice Two-Year Anniversary Dinner with my sweet husband!
Happy Friday and have a wonderful weekend!
