Happy Friday, friends!! Last week, I shared a killer lower-body workout using Ez bars and this week it's time for some upper-body burn! That's right, I'm back with another killer Ez bar workout that you can perform anytime, anywhere!! I love a quick, yet effective upper-body workout and I am fairly certain that you will love this week's Free Fitness Friday workout!
This week's Free Fitness Friday Workout: Upper-body Ez Bar Workout
This workout is very simple to set up (all you need is 1 light-to-moderate weight Ez Bar and 1 moderate-to-heavy weight Ez Bar) and can be done in anytime frame that you have (anywhere from 15-30 minutes), but should be done at a fast-pace and with minimal rest. You can even fit this workout in at the end of a workout for an extra calorie burn! Complete all exercises in a row for 1 round, rest for 1 minute, then begin with the first exercise for round 2. Complete as many rounds as you can in the time you have! (Try for 4-6 rounds!)
As always, be sure to warm up before beginning the first round and cool down and stretch when you are finished.
- 15 Bent-over Ez bar rows (mod-to-heavier weight Ez bar)
- 10 Ez bar push-ups (mod-to-heavier weight Ez bar)
- 10 Ez bar reverse curl into shoulder press (light-to-mod weight Ez bar)
- 15 sit-ups holding Ez bar over chest (light-to-mod weight Ez bar)
