No gym? No weights? NO PROBLEM! This High-intensity Full-body Cardio Workout is just what you need to get your heart-rate up and blast some serious calories anytime and anywhere - no equipment needed!
This week's Free Fitness Friday: High-intensity Full-body Cardio Workout
This workout is very simple to set up (all you need is your body and a place to move around) and can be done in anytime frame that you have (anywhere from 15-30 minutes), but should be done at a fast-pace and with minimal rest. You can even fit this workout in at the end of a workout for an extra calorie burn! Complete all exercises in a row for 1 round, rest for 1 minute, then begin with the first exercise for round 2. Complete as many rounds as you can in the time you have! (Try for 3-5 rounds!)
As always, be sure to warm up before beginning the first round and cool down and stretch when you are finished.
Round 1:
- 20 Squat jacks
- 20 Side-to-side squat thrust (10 each side)
- 40 Skaters (20 each side)
- 10 Squat & jump tucks
- 40 High knees (20 each side)

That's all there is to it! Short and sweet workout for you (that will be sure to make you sweat)! I am sure I will be completing this workout often while in ITALY for the next 2 weeks!! I'll be taking a break from Social Media and focusing on being present in beautiful Italy with my husband, but that doesn't mean that I will be taking a break from daily exercise and mindful eating!
