I recently worked a local Health Fair and received several great questions from the participants. The most common question was "How do I eat better, but still enjoy the foods I love?" This question really stuck out to me so I wanted to share my answer. And trust me, you will be very happy to learn that your CAN eat better and STILL enjoy the foods you LOVE!
